If you are interested in athletics and would like to compete

in track running, throwing and jumping events

come along to 'signing on' night at the

Manx Harriers Clubhouse

(on the NSC perimeter roadway)

Wednesday 14th April 2004.

The organisers will there to answer any of your questions 

and to help you sign on for the league.
