Paul Dickenson leads the record field seconds after the start of the 28th Syd Quirk Memorial Half Marathon

Ian Gale added yet another race win to his collection. The Manx Marathon Champion and Manx Mountain Marathon winner won the Syd Quirk Half Marathon on Sunday. In Stan Hall’s photo he is just edging away from runner up Brian Osbourne at Rushen Abbey, 2 miles into the race..

Andy Watson made the top ten in the biggest ever "Syd Quirk" field.
