Clean sweep in the 2Km for Manx Harriers with Sinead Kaneen (182) the winner in 12:02 ahead of Alexandra Ross (184) in second followed by Jessica Isherwood, Hannah Kelly & Mark Copparelli all of the host club
Oisin Oliver from Swinford in Ireland was clear winner of the 3Km walk ahead of first lady Fiona Dennely of Kilmacow. Also pictured is Karen Renecle of Manx Harriers who was 3rd overall in the 5Km walk in a time of 28.44
Left; Lauren Whelan of Manx Harriers won the 5Km race in 27:46 ahead of Carol Burtenshaw of Monastrevin. Right: Fellow Manx Harrier Andy Green was clear winner of the 10Km in 53:30 finishing over 8 minutes ahead of second placed Vinny Lynch of the IOMVAC
Top 2 in the 20Km walk: David Kidd (423) of St. Laurence O’Tooles AC the winner in 1:31:45 ahead of U20 Ben Wears (406) of Redcar RWC in 1:32:38.
Peter Kaneen ducked under the 100 minutes finishing in 1:39:57 for a fine 5th placed finish. Peter had only a few minutes recovery time before heading across the NSC complex to switch to athletics coaching mode for the Manx Youth Games.

First lady Niobe Menendez found it tough going in the 20Km and felt disappointed afterwards with 1:46:04 An absorbing race between the leaders in the 10Km run with the eventual winner Gianni Epifani (201) fending off close rivals Michael Garrett (203) and Ben Scott (204) of Western AC in the closing stages to win in a time of 35:16. Ben finished in second place just 5 seconds behind the winner with Michael 3rd in 35:30. A personal best time for 10Km by over a minute for Gail Griffiths (224) who took the ladies honours in a time of 41:30. Second lady Sarah Nelson (225) is showing signs of getting back to her best with a time of 42:06 equalling her PB. Also pictured is Barry Moore of Western AC who finished one second behind Sarah.
