High Jump Gold for Martin Aram with 2:10.

Shaun Cregeen was 7th with 1:85

Silver Medal for John Halagan in the 3000m steeplechase in a time of 9:30.60. Andy Fox was 5th in 10:00.79

In the Womens 100m  heats Harriet Pryke was 3rd in Heat 1 (13.07) and Sarah Dowling also 3rd in Heat 3 (12.94). They both make the final on Monday at 18.30hrs. Stuart Corran was 11th in the men’s Shot Putt final (10.58) and Helen Sheen was 6th in the Women’s Javelin final

Highlights of DAY 3 – Monday 11th July

Hannah Riley won Silver Medal in the Women’s 100M Hurdles (15.56)

Louise Kneen of Western AC was also Silver Medallist in the Women’s Shot Putt ((10.86). Helen Sheen was 10th (8.81)

Ben Brand was equal 2nd in the 800m heats (2:10.40) and runs in lane 1 in Tuesdays final at 20.30hrs. In the Women’s 100m Final Sarah Dowling was 7th (13.04) and Harriet Pryke 8th (13.16).Stuart Corran was 6th in the Men’s Hammer Final (42.04)

Highlights of DAY 4 – Tuesday 12th July

Keith Gerrard Silver Medallist in the Men’s 5,000m (15:27.84). Darren Gray was 10th (16:53.12)

Bronze Medal for Hollie Bass in today’s Women’s High Jump (1.60)

The Women’s 4x100m relay team ( Hollie Bass , Sarah Dowling , Rachael Kelly / Harriet PrykeHannah Riley ) through to Thursday evenings final. Ben Brand qualifies for the Men’s 400m final on Thursday evening with 2nd place in the 2nd heat (52.57). Phil Riley was 5th in the Men’s Long Jump final (6.77) and in the final of the Women’s Hammer competition Louise Kneen claimed 4th place (36.27) and Helen Sheen 7th (31.99). Ben Brand was 5th in the 800m Men’s Final (2:02.02). Rachael Kelly finished 8th in the Women’s 1500m Final (5:08.79)

Highlights of DAY 6 – Thursday 14th July

Gold for Hannah Riley in the Women’s 400m Hurdles (1.04.10)

Bronze for Rachael Kelly also in the Women’s 400m Hurdles (1.06.50)

Silver for the Women’s 4x100m relay team (50.40)

Sarah Dowling wins Heat 1 of the Women’s 200m (26.44) and Harriet Pryke is 3rd in Heat 3 (26.07). In the semi’s later in the evening Sarah was 2nd (26.12) and Harriet 3rd (26.22) and qualify for tomorrows final. In the Men’s discus Final Stuart Corran was 7th (34.36). Hollie Bass finished 5th in the Women’s Long Jump Final (5.12) and Ben Brand 5th in the Men’s 400m Final (50.67)

Highlights of DAY 7 – Friday 15th July

Silver for the Men’s Half Marathon Team. John Halagan finished 4th (1.15.41), Andy Fox 7th (1.17.12 &  Darren Gray 8th (1.17.54)

Keith Gerrard’s second Silver Medal of the Games in the Men’s 1500m final (4.04.58)l

Phil Riley wins Bronze in this afternoons Men’s Triple Jump Final (13.71)

In the Men’s Javelin Final Shaun Cregeen finished 10th (36.21). Rachael Kelly was 5th in the Women’s 800m Final (2.26.79) and in the Women’s 200m Final 1/100th of a second separated Harriet Pryke in 4th (26.63) & Sarah Dowling in 5th (26.64). Louise Kneen was 4th in the Women’s Discus Final (32.33) with Kirree Kermode in 6th overall (28.13). The Isle of Man Women’s 4x400m relay team were unfortunately disqualified.
