Left; John Halligan won this afternoon’s Manx Gas sponsored Isle of Man Cross Country Championships in emphatic style ahead of Simon Skillicorn of Manx Fell Runners & Andy Fox in 3rd Right; Sarah Nelson took the ladies title after a close race long battle with club mate Gail Griffiths. Dawn Yates & Bridget Kaneen also of Manx Harriers were 3rd & 4th respectively
Left; Conor Delanbanque (136) was winner in the U15 Boys race with Tom Kelly in 3rd. Andy Fox (59) was third in the Senior Mens race Right; Tom Richmond (75) finished 3rd in the U17 Boys race. He is pictured with Mike Garrett who was 7th in the Senior Mens race.
Left; Alice Ashe took the U11 Girls title Right; Laura Cain had a great race finishing impressively in second place ahead of Alexandra Ross also of Manx Harriers. Sinead Kaneen, Rebecca Nathan & Sosanna Cox made in a MH top 6

Other Manx Harriers medal winners included Ciara Kaneen who won the Junior Ladies event. Rachael Franklin won the U15 Girls event with Bronwen Kaneen 3rd. Catriona Cox was 2nd in the U13 Girls. Ben Brand won the non-championship short course race
