He might wear a cap marked "old git" but Martin Bell is certainly a very fit old git! This picture was taken the day he had run a sub 3.30 marathon in Belfast and Martin, who is a lot closer to 60 than 50, was back out supporting the runners in the Peel to Douglas that night within minutes of arriving back on the Island. He did say that had he arrived back a few minutes earlier he would have taken part in the Manx race as well but he was joking - I hope!
