Whether your enjoyment of the Flora London Marathon
was derived from taking part on the streets of London,
supporting family or friends, from watching the
race in front of the TV or even in front of your
computer screen, you have a chance to take part
in running events throughout the year in the Isle
of Man.
Athletics is one of the friendliest sports of
all, particularly on the Isle of Man, and regardless
of your standard you will be made welcome at any
of the 10 long distance road races to be held during the rest
of the year on the Isle of Man. There are also lots
of shorter runs to help you prepare. 2003 FIXTURES

SUNDAY
10 AUGUST
This is your
chance to compete in one of the biggest
events on the Isle of Man during the
year and yet its also one of the smallest
and friendliest marathons in the British
Isles. Instead of fighting for space
on the road as in London, here you are
an individual and you’ll get loads of
help and attention.
It fact there
are two races at Ramsey during the day.
As well as a marathon there is a half
marathon open to all.
