Thanks to the Officials by Andy Fox
The busy weekend of Northern League athletics
also saw the senior Ladies team compete at Leeds
on the Sunday and produce some pleasing individual
and team results. One area often overlooked is that
of the hard working officials who score points for
the club and do so much to help the athletes to
succeed. As such it is only right to thank the following
who helped last weekend and do so regularly over
the summer :- Bernie Shimell and Stephen Halsall
(A&B team matches), Colin Halsall, Graham Davies,
John Whitlow, Dave Newton, Ray Cox, Di Shimell,
Debbie Evans, Elaine Whelan and Angela Haslett.
