MANX MEDAL WINNERS

Flying high. Andy Fox, who has been one of the leading track athletes on the Isle of Man for almost 20 years, and been almost an ever present in northern league and Island Games team, set a Manx over 45 year old 5000 metres record just inside 16.30 recently. He was also part of the silver medal winning half marathon team in Shetland. He is pictured in his favourite event, the 3000 metres steeplechase at the Northern League match at the NSC in May. (ML)
