Steve Partington pictured one of the sport's great characters, Steve Kelly, at Ramsey last week. Steve K is one of the most successful runners in the history of Manx sport but he wins respect for the way he always finds time to appreciate the efforts of others, and by competing at a much lower level these days than if did not suffer from a number of injuries.
