Unsurprisingly, nobody beat their rather stiff handicaps based on their best 10k times for the last couple of years. Winner on the night was Chris Cale who came within 31 seconds of his best ever to take the top prize. The standard in the junior mile was exceptionally high with all the younger walkers performing very well. Thanks to all who turned out to help with the officiating on the night. All times are actual with the difference to handicap in minutes and seconds in brackets.
