James Betteridge was the novice winner of Sunday's Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant One Hour Challenge Walk held at the NSC perimeter Roadway recording 8999m. David Anderson was 2nd Novice with 8881m and Andrew Whittaker 3rd, just 15m behind.
1st lady novice was Hannah Hunter (above) clocking up 8864m ahead of Janette Morgan in 2nd with 8626m. U17 novice walker Kyle Whittington recording an impressive 8455m to claim 3rd lady novice prize.
Jock Waddington covered the most distance over the hour notching up 11287m.
U15 Girl Danielle Oates won the half hour challenge covering 5032m
U15 Girl Rebecca Greatbatch was fastest in the 1 Mile event in a time of 10m 36s, with first boy U11 Lee Mackey second overall in 11m 05s. The half mile walk was won by Toby Young in 7m 04s ahead of Matthew Young in 7m 50s.
