Top two in the Half Hour Challenge were Adam Cowin (right) with 4814m ahead of James Green (left) who walked 4652m
Josh Looker (23) winner of the Junior Mile in 11m 01s just over a minute ahead of Jake Cade (28) who finished equal 2nd with Alex cade
