First lady and overall winner Marie Latham (184) and second placed Bridget Kaneen (185)
Third place on the track went to Allan Callow (154) ahead of third lady Elizabeth Corran (186)
Newcomer Jackie Kennaugh (187) showed good technique to finish in 70:04. Results
10,000m Run Championships
An impressive win by Andy Fox (196) despite competing in the Northern Senior League 3000m s/c, 400m & 400m relay at the weekend. Second placed Kevin Loundes continues to impress, this time in his first ever 10,000m track race. Western AC's Ben Scott (193) finished third, and Murray Lambden (190) was pleased with his performance despite recent injury and lack of training
Fourth placed finisher Andy Watson (189) in his first track 10,000m is pictured with Dave Newton (182) who finished just under the 40 minutes. Murray Lambden (190) is pictured in the early stages with Kevin Vondy (191), also on his 10,000m track debut finishing in 37 minutes
Northern AC's Barry Cowin (192) finished strongly in 41:51. First lady finisher Gail Griffiths ran a superb race, and despite enduring a difficult few laps with stitch recorded a big PB of 42:20 - just over a minute outside an Island Games consideration time. Sarah Nelson was second lady finisher in 44:12
Third lady Wendy Ross (197) 'back on track' and on the comeback trail. Jonathon McNeill (199) finished in 58:54 and is pictured about to be lapped by Murray Lambden & Ben Scott
Colm Andrew (181) finished in 47:01. Les Brown (180) stopped to tie his shoe lace early on in the race and couldn't get going again Results
