Important announcement from Manx Harriers Up & Running Winter Walks League (round 4) this Sunday will be held at St Johns (not Ronaldsway) - sign on at car park opposite old Farmers Arms pub

Richard Radcliffe, Dave Walker and Jackie Lee racing around the streets of Ramsey last Thursday in the Ramsey Bakery Firemans Runs. Full results on Northern AC's site and photos by Stan Hall here. Two rounds of this winter handicapped road running league remain - on Thursday 2 February and Thursday 1 March.
