Big Manx record for Keith Gerrard - Chris Quine's 24 year old record falls at last

Chris Quine set a Manx record of 3:50.5 on 06/07/85 so it stood for all but a month less than 24 years. 8 months later Keith Gerrard was born! (24/03/86)
Andy Fox, Keith's long term mentor who coached him through much of his career said last night on his time of 3:48.61 on Wednesday at St. Mary's Grand
Prix: "Keith is in good form at the moment and is planning to run a 5km in the
Watford Grand Prix and then 10km in the AAAs Champs." Andy spoke at length to Keith and believes that he is on track to set more records this summer.
