Nice photo shame about the video. I caught third placed Ian Gale about to hurdle the fence but when I thought I was switching on the video I was actually switching if off so I missed the moment! Murray
Rose Hooton used her local knowledge and to lead home the early starters (those that started half an hour before the main race but had the time added to the finishing time). She finished 2 minutes 16 seconds behind Sarah Curphey who won the women's race.
There was close racing throughout in the battle for third with Andy Watson (red), Ian Gale (dark top) and Peter Bradley all taking a turn in third. Geoff Hall, one of the early starters, is in the yellow top on the right.
