If you can't run yourself and you know any of the above, contact them to make a pledge Alternatively, go to hospice.org.im to donate.

Hospice Isle of Man was set up 27 years ago and is a charity that provides specialist palliative care for patients and their families facing life limiting illness. The care includes physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects and is provided by a multidisciplinary team free of charge.

Hospice provides inpatient facilities, respite care, therapeutic day care, specialist nurses, social worker, counselling, a range of therapies and hospice at home service. Many patients are referred to the Hospice following diagnosis; they will often be cured but need the initial support for hospice many services.

I'm pleased to announce that £300 has been donated to Hospice from the sales of photos from my new photo website at murraylambden.co.uk   About 75% of the photo sales were from the Scottish Widows Parish Walk so thanks to my brother Mike who took many of the photos.  I promised that all profits would be donated to charity and here is an audit trail of sales to date.  Murray Lambden 10 August 2011
